By Invitation Only

Companies have made significant progress setting climate and nature targets, but implementation increasingly depends on their suppliers, value-chain partnerships, operating geographies, and policy environments. Many companies are tackling these challenges independently, creating duplicative or fragmented efforts, and limiting their ability to achieve change at scale.

Drawing on recent member insights, BSR has identified several tangible opportunities where collaboration could help companies address climate and nature impacts and related supply-chain risks.

Join a small group of your peers at this closed-door session, where we will discuss and workshop practical collaboration models designed to deliver meaningful climate, nature, and business outcomes. Together, we will identify common supply-chain challenges at the geographic, commodity/material, and industry level, and determine where collaboration can help address them while advancing business priorities.

We will explore collaborative opportunities focused on:

  • Shared supplier climate action
  • Place- and commodity-based climate and nature action
  • Shared climate resilience in exposed geographies and systems
  • Material-specific circular systems
