By Invitation Only

Artificial intelligence (AI) is driving innovation in anti-trafficking efforts, enabling more effective prevention, detection, victim support, and response. However, the deployment of AI can also carry risks that must be carefully managed to avoid unintended harm. Challenges such as limited digital literacy, gaps in technical capacity, and insufficient integration of lived experience perspectives continue to constrain the adoption and impact of anti-trafficking tech solutions.

The fifth edition of the Tech Against Trafficking (TAT) Summit marks a milestone for the anti-trafficking technology community. This year’s event will convene leaders from the technology, anti-trafficking, survivor advocacy, and civil society sectors to explore how AI can be deployed responsibly and effectively to combat human trafficking. The event will:

  • Drive technology innovation by identifying and accelerating promising AI-driven solutions for anti-trafficking efforts;
  • Facilitate dialogue on the opportunities and risks associated with the use of AI in anti-trafficking, with a focus on rights-based and survivor-centered approaches;
  • Discuss key barriers to the effective adoption of AI solutions;
  • Foster collaboration among technology companies, anti-trafficking practitioners, survivors and researchers to advance responsible AI solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Agenda

This year, TAT will convene a targeted group of participants to enable deeper discussion, stronger collaboration, and more tangible outcomes.

The one day summit will bring together leaders from business, technology, civil society, philanthropy, and survivor-led organizations to examine how AI can be responsibly leveraged to combat human trafficking. Through keynote speeches, expert panels, and technology showcases, participants will examine emerging solutions, discuss responsible AI governance, and identify pathways to scale impact across the anti-trafficking ecosystem.

More details on the agenda will be shared in the coming weeks.
