Liza leads BSR’s global talent pipeline and oversees key people processes, including talent and performance management, succession planning, people engagement, coaching, and recruitment. She works closely with BSR offices around the world to introduce unified people practices that create a consistent employee experience across the organization while respecting local and cultural differences.

Prior to joining BSR, Liza worked across Moscow, Hong Kong, and New York, where she led C-suite recruitment searches and advised organizations on DEI strategies and people development programs.

Liza holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Financial Management from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
