Registration Opens for BSR Conference 2012: Fast Forward, October 23-26 in New York

May 21, 2012

San Francisco—May 21, 2012—Registration opens today for the BSR Conference 2012: Fast Forward. This is BSR’s 20th anniversary Conference—the preeminent platform for business leaders to network, share best practices, and commit to strategies and actions for a sustainable future.

Participants can register online for the Conference, which will take place at the Grand Hyatt New York, October 23 through 26.

“Two decades after BSR was founded, there is a great deal of progress to celebrate,” said BSR President and CEO Aron Cramer. “Sustainability has entered the mainstream, with companies, NGOs, and governments collaborating toward sustainable well-being for all of the world’s people. But much remains to be done to turn our vision of a sustainable future into a reality. This year’s BSR Conference will provide both the inspiration and practical advice to make an even greater impact over the next 20 years.”

The 2012 Conference will bring together a global community of more than 1,000 leaders from business, civil society, and the public sector. This year, the event will feature more than 75 speakers from around the world in 35 diverse sessions that will address the need for business to fast forward progress toward a more just and sustainable world. Through a wide variety of formats, from plenary addresses to intimate one-hour conversations, the 20th BSR Conference will help companies innovate and create lasting change over the years to come.
