This in-person event offers BSR members an update on the EU Omnibus and its implications for companies as they prepare for compliance with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
In particular, we will deep dive into the practical aspects of implementing the CSDDD and CSRD, looking at the short-term compliance and long-term impacts. Participants will learn about ways of identifying and addressing adverse human rights and environmental impacts within their operations and value chains, in line with international standards. The session will cover strategies for engagement with affected stakeholders, appropriate action, monitoring, and reporting to meet the directive's requirements and enhance corporate accountability.
