The Responsible AI Working Group is designed to support companies developing, integrating, and using AI systems in their products, services, and operations to implement responsible approaches to AI. The Working Group will provide a confidential, cross-industry space to:

  • Access resources and expert guidance on implementing responsible AI aligned with human rights standards
  • Build internal capacity through structured learning on policies, governance, risk mitigation, transparency, and stakeholder engagement
  • Learn from peers through open discussion of challenges, solutions, and practical experience integrating responsible AI approaches
  • Clarify the responsibility of different actors in the AI value chain (e.g., developers or deployers) and understand how to manage associated risks

The Working Group will host bi-monthly, online convenings to introduce and unpack key responsible AI concepts and demonstrate how they can be applied in the day-to-day realities of companies developing, integrating, and using AI.

Optional Tailored Company Support: Participating companies will also have the option to receive individualized support tailored to the company’s specific needs and level of maturity on responsible AI. This may include training on responsible AI, drafting/review of AI policies or principles, or review of select responsible AI tools or frameworks.

BSR Members only.

BSR Members can apply their member engagement option (MEO) to the participation fee for this Working Group.
