Large companies rely on strong talent in sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and related functions to manage issues that shape business performance. These professionals often sit close to growth opportunities, emerging risks, and market signals. The challenge is turning that expertise into enterprise action.
The BSR Enterprise Leadership Forum fills that gap by equipping high-potential professionals with practical tools to connect their expertise to how the company plans, manages risk, and grows, while they advance priority work across functions.
The result: participants frame issues clearly, brief decision-makers, and move the work forward.
The Program
Each member company may nominate up to two participants for a 10-month cohort. Each month, participants join one session, use one practical tool, and apply it to work they already own or a company priority. Senior sponsors may join one or two group sessions during the program to share an executive perspective, pressure-test participant thinking, and strengthen final business outputs.
Participants commit no more than three hours per month, including the monthly session, light preparation, and follow-up. The program may also include two in-person convenings, where feasible, and one optional tactical sprint tied to a major real-time development.

Eligible BSR membership benefits may be applied toward the program fee.
