The Sustainability Manager will play a key part in managing and shaping our annual sustainability reporting as project manager for our award-winning sustainability report.
You will also help drive responsible business performance on select topics and concrete cases related to the social side of sustainability. On these topics you will also manage materiality assessment and gap analyses in collaboration with issue owners.

We are looking for
We see the ideal candidate as a business-oriented sustainability professional with experience in corporate sustainability and human rights.
You have at least 5 years of applicable work experience, ideally in an international environment, and hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
You will ideally have hands-on experience with sustainability reporting from a corporate or investor (ESG) perspective and with project management in a large company. You have practical experience with the UN Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and experience working with labour, human rights and/or community issues in a business setting will be considered an advantage.
On a personal level you are an excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and strong relationships at all levels of an organisation. You are a team player with a sense of humour.
Your written and spoken English is impeccable. Knowledge of Danish and/or additional languages would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
