In the face of unprecedented environmental challenges, companies from all industries are called upon to undergo profound transformations that prioritize the well-being of communities, workers, and the planet. Regulatory scrutiny is mounting, and stakeholders are demanding increased accountability. Stakeholders are urging companies to disclose their strategies for meeting climate targets through climate transition plans that share actions to ensure the transition is just.

Balancing these priorities is essential as companies strive to remain competitive in an ever more volatile global economy. 

We invite BSR members to join us for this interactive event. Together, we will explore how companies across sectors can navigate this climate transition to create meaningful social and environmental impact.

Anine works with BSR member companies across industries on sustainability management with a focus on the intersection of climate change and people, namely climate justice, just transition, and climate and human rights. She supports this work through one-on-one advisory engagement with companies, through facilitation of cross-sector collaborative initiatives like Transform to Net Zero, and through grant-funded resource development.
Prior to joining BSR, Anine worked at Operate A/S, a Danish consulting company, specializing in stakeholder analysis, stakeholder mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Anine holds a MSc in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School with a focus on sustainable development and cross-sector collaboration. She also holds a BSc in Business, Language, and Culture, also from Copenhagen Business School.

Renata leads BSR’s Nordic practice, working with a diverse range of sectors and sustainability topics.
She helps companies transition towards more ambitious goals and practices in adapting to the continuously more and more demanding regulatory landscape and stakeholder expectations to create a Just and Sustainable World.
Renata brings over 20 years of experience in innovation and sustainability in global value chains. Prior to joining BSR, Renata worked in A.P. Møller - Mærsk, Coloplast, Danske Bank, and The Conference Board, helping companies improve their sustainability practices, strategic impact, ESG reporting, and human rights policies and practices. She has served on various boards, including Maersk, IKEA Industry, Organic Basics, and the Danish Initiative for Ethical Trade. She was a long-term member of the UN Global Compact Advisory Group on Supply Chain Sustainability and participated in the shaping of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Renata is a First Mover Fellow with the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society. She holds a professional degree in global shipping and logistics; a BSc in Philosophy and Rhetoric from the University of Copenhagen; a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Organisational Leadership from SAID Business School, University of Oxford; and a Diploma from the Executive Board Programme from INSEAD. She speaks English, Danish, Russian, and some French.
