Held in central Paris, this exclusive, half-day event of high-impact dialogue, executive-level insights, and peer-to-peer exchange, will provide a dedicated space to explore:

The program runs from 13:30-18:00 CEST, followed by a networking and cocktail reception from 18:00-20:00 CEST.

Aron is recognized globally as a preeminent authority on just and sustainable business. In addition to leading BSR, which has grown substantially throughout his tenure as President and CEO, Aron advises senior executives at BSR’s 300+ member companies and other global businesses and partners on the full spectrum of environmental, social, and governance issues.
Aron joined BSR in 1995 as the founding director of its Business and Human Rights program. He later opened BSR's Paris office in 2002, where he worked until becoming President and CEO in 2004. Aron has served on advisory boards to CEOs at AXA, Barrick Gold, Marks & Spencer, Nike, Recruit Holdings, SAP, Shell, and he serves as a director of the We Mean Business Coalition and RISE.
Aron speaks frequently at leading business and public fora and is widely quoted in top-tier media, such as the Financial Times, Le Figaro (France), The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Axios, and Politico. He is co-author of the book Sustainable Excellence: The Future of Business in a Fast-Changing World, which spotlights innovative sustainability strategies that enable business success.
Prior to joining BSR, Aron practiced law in San Francisco and worked as a journalist at ABC News in New York. He holds a BA from Tufts University and a JD from the University of California, Berkeley.

Christine leads BSR’s Business Transformation team, helping companies to manage sustainability throughout their business and across their supply chains and to develop resilient business strategies that leverage insights from BSR’s Sustainable Futures Lab.
She works with companies across sectors and geographies to structure a sustainability management approach that mitigates risk and captures emerging opportunities, creating strategic advantage for their businesses, while contributing to a more just, sustainable world. Christine also co-leads engagement with boards of directors to promote effective board governance and leadership ambition on sustainability.
She brings over 20 years of experience in leading brand, sustainability, public affairs, communications, and reputation management with multinational corporations at the executive leadership level. This also includes overseeing corporate relations with external stakeholders, such as the World Economic Forum, the UN, European institutions, and investors.
Previously, Christine was Head of Brand Strategy at Nokia. She has also held major roles at Alcatel-Lucent and Alcatel, leading Brand and Corporate Sustainability and European Affairs. Christine has also served on various boards, including as a chair of the Telecoms Industry Dialogue on human rights, as an advisory board member of Reuters Events Sustainability, as a member of the Alcatel-Lucent Foundation, and on the European Internet Foundation.
Christine holds a MA in History and a BA in History and International Politics from the University of Ottawa. She completed the Management Acceleration Program (MAP) at INSEAD, and she achieved the ESG Competent Boards Certificate and Global Competent Boards Designation (2021). She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Italian.

Peter Herweck leads Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, guiding its strategy in sustainability, industrial software, and digital transformation.
He first joined Schneider’s Executive Committee in 2016, heading its Industrial Automation business. In 2018, he oversaw the merger of Schneider’s Industrial Software business with AVEVA, before becoming CEO of AVEVA in 2021. In May 2023, he assumed leadership of Schneider Electric as CEO.
Earlier in his career, Peter began as a Software Development Engineer with Mitsubishi in Japan and later moved to Siemens, where he held senior roles including Chief Strategy Officer and CEO of its Process Industries & Drives division. He has also held leadership roles across the US, China, Japan, and Europe. His expertise spans automation, digitalization, and leading complex global transformations.
Peter holds an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business, as well as electrical and engineering degrees from Metz University in France and Saarland University in Germany. Additionally, he has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Elisa leads BSR’s consumer sectors practice globally and oversees the BSR global membership network. She works with companies in the luxury, beauty, fashion, hospitality, retail, and food industries to better integrate sustainability into core business strategy, products, and operations.
She helps companies understand the world’s big disruptions, create resilient and inclusive business models and practices, and evolve brand strategy to integrate changing consumer expectations. Elisa also leads BSR’s Responsible Luxury Initiative and the Southeast Asia Reptile Conservation Alliance (SARCA).
Prior to joining BSR, Elisa was an account manager at CHANEL and a consultant at Accenture and Ernst & Young.
Elisa is French-American. She holds an M.B.A. in Luxury Goods Marketing and Management from Sup de Luxe, an M.A. in International Relations from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques Paris, and a B.A. in French from the University of Pennsylvania.

Cecile leads BSR’s global healthcare practice, working with companies to advance practices and develop innovative solutions and tools that create long-term value for business, patients, and society. She also collaborates with French and European member companies across industries to integrate sustainability in their core practices, build resilience, and embrace sustainability as a source of strategic advantage.
Since joining BSR in 2012, Cecile has held a variety of positions and advised companies in healthcare, consumer sectors, and beyond. More recently, she served as Head of People and Culture for four years, leading a global team focused on attracting and hiring the best and brightest talents and making BSR an inclusive place, where people can grow, develop, and thrive.
Prior to joining BSR, Cecile served as director for SGS Sustainability Services, where she developed service offerings for sustainable supply chains. Before that, she was executive director of SFSTP, one of the largest associations of industrial pharmacists in Europe. She started her career in the chemicals industry, working for Clariant in the UK and Canada.
Cecile holds an MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University, a BSc in Chemistry and Business Administration from Kingston University London, and a Life Science degree from University of Angers. She speaks French and English.

Jacob leads BSR’s Sustainable Futures Lab, a new practice using strategic foresight techniques to help businesses engage with emerging issues that are reshaping the global landscape.
Before joining BSR, Jacob was the lead futurist in the New York office of Forum for the Future, where he used scenario planning and other futures techniques to develop sustainability strategy and drive innovation for leading businesses, foundations, and multistakeholder groups. Prior to that he worked at Adaptive Edge, a boutique strategic foresight consultancy, on collaborative scenario planning. Jacob began his career doing human rights research and advocacy at Human Rights First and the Center for Economic and Social Rights. He speaks English and French.
Jacob holds an M.B.A. in Sustainability from Presidio Graduate School and a B.A. in History from the University of Chicago.
