  • Enhance the image and reputation of the company and its brands among communities and consumers.
  • Strategic development and integration of Corporate Social Responsibility - Better World initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage outreach programs, partnerships and initiatives with national organizations and senior leaders.
  • Support the Corporate Affairs team (Government), wholesalers, breweries and sales and marketing teams with specific cause-marketing outreach programs.
  • Develop & implement Alcohol Responsibility Strategy, Programs, Events & Partnerships i.e. GBRD, Bud Big Bets
  • Wholesaler AOE, program development & implementation
  • Responsible for working with VP, CSR-BW to develop goals for CSR’s outside consultants for strategy, tactical execution, media and digital efforts, analyzing their reports and results and ensuring that they accomplish their goals (right agencies, agencies know their goals and are held accountable for executing them).
  • Responsible for creating on-going reports for stakeholders, management, and other executives that align and communicate the CSR-BW successes via ongoing campaigns and other key metrics
  • Ability to serve as consultant, coach, mentor to others in the company on alcohol responsibility philosophy and ability to represent the VP, CSR when appropriate/needed.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence opinion leaders, business partners, other stakeholders as a face of the company on alcohol issues.
  • Conduct media interviews when appropriate.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience specifically in Sales and Marketing. Extensive direct experience in brand marketing, the advertising creative development process and media plan development and execution. Extensive knowledge of the Wholesaler network, selling system and protocols (CPC, AOE) and familiarity/experience in direct interaction with retailers.
  • Proficient in developing Strategic Marketing/Advertising plans, portfolio management, renovation and innovation capabilities, and high level analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • 5+ years of experience with Corporate Social Responsibility, either directly, or indirectly via the interface with the CSR department in other Anheuser-Busch roles.
  • Management level/supervisory experience leading and directing a team and managing/negotiating with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Department budget planning and management experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication/presentation skills and proficient at presenting to senior level personnel both inside and outside the company.
