Job Description

The CR Systems Manager plays a critical role in the corporate structure. He or she will lead the development and management of systems and data analytics, both internally and with industry partners, to enhance the capabilities of the CR global program. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship-builder and communicator of CR subject-matter, as well as possess an ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

CR systems management

  • Central coordination and maintenance of internal and external systems and support for managing providers
  • Management of existing systems, development of new systems, along with improvement and next generation developments
  • Oversee CR program systems plan and serve as primary contact with the CR team, IT, cross-functional partners, industry groups, peer brands, and service providers for systems development and management

Internal systems

  • Manage the development of new and existing CR data management systems internally to enhance the assessment, remediation, and capability building functions for human rights and environmental sustainability programs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to leverage other internal data systems key to the CR program including, but not limited to, PLM, forecasting, and purchase order systems
  • Identify any gaps in tools or systems that potentially affect operations or where improvements can be made to support current and future CR programs
  • Manage CR relationship with IT

External systems

  • Foster relationships and collaborate with peer brands and industry groups to drive alignment in leveraging industry systems
  • Liaise with external partners and service providers (Elevate, SLCP, SAC, ZDHC, etc.) to ensure the ability to manage industry tools and data on PVH systems

Data management and analytics

  • Partner with the global CR team to manage and enhance internal and external systems capabilities for dashboards that support program operations and oversight, scorecards that inform responsible business practices, and analytics that enhance positive human rights and environmental sustainability impacts of CR programs
  • Collaborate with CR offshore leadership and data analysts to maintain robust data governance

Experience:

At least 6 years relevant experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external business partners and with overseas teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to think quickly, produce deliverables in a timely manner, respond to changing demands, anticipate future problems, and recommend preventive courses of action
  • Knowledge of supply chain sustainability/CR in the apparel sector
  • Knowledge of IT and data management systems
  • Communications: written and verbal with both external partners and overseas teams
  • Attitude: positive, team player, proactive, strong work ethic, effective stress management
