Our Events
The 2020 ‘era of corporate social justice’ brought bold commitments to equity, climate, and racial justice. But as activism became more visible, the pushback in 2023 was almost inevitable. Now, in 2026, companies face a contested environment, where actions risk retaliation, retribution, or crisis.
While employees and customers still expect companies to engage in business inclusion and social impact efforts, the range of opportunities to act openly are narrowing.
This series is designed to help members navigate the rapidly shifting context for inclusive business initiatives, and determine what actions are feasible in this environment. Each month from October 2025 through January 2026 will focus on a different aspect of the evolving landscape:
- October 2025: Upended Norms for Building Inclusion
- November 2025: Patchwork State and Regional Policy
- December 2025: Workforce Mobility and Immigration
- January 2026: Key Business Inclusion and Social Impact Trends in 2026
- February 2026: TBD
Each month, we’ll offer:
- Practical memos with insights, trends and recommendations for inclusive business
- Virtual sessions that highlight key signals and elevate best practices
- In-person peer exchanges in select cities for shared learning and networking
