With more than 10 years of experience in sustainability, Roberta focuses on the intersection of infrastructure and financial sectors, particularly supporting Industrials and Utilities and Energy and Extractives companies thanks to her knowledge on the sustainability challenges and trends across these sectors’ value chains. She also applies her expertise on human rights and supply chain issues with companies across a variety of industries and is responsible for the global coordination of the Human Rights Working Group.
She has experience with human rights due diligence and impact assessments, code of practice and policy development, sustainability strategy and integration, sustainability reporting, and materiality assessments.
Prior to joining BSR, Roberta spent six years with Enel, a multinational electric utility, as a CSR specialist. She managed projects across various countries, particularly in Latin America, focusing primarily on integrating sustainability into business operations and developing the company's human rights approach. An Italian native speaker, Roberta also speaks English, Spanish, and French fluently.
Roberta holds an M.A. in Economics and CSR and a B.A. in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Trento in Italy.
