In a plenary address at the BSR Conference 2015, Robert Reich, Chancellor’s Professor of Public Policy at University of California, Berkeley and Senior Fellow at Blum Center for Developing Economies, explored the intersections of resilience and the inclusive economy.

"Whether we are dealing with climate change, or we are dealing with stagnant wages, or we are dealing with any number of huge, huge problems, the fundamental gift that we have, all of us, is the ability to be sufficiently resilient, that we can actually look at these problems and come up with solutions. Or if they’re not solutions and we fail, we’re resilient enough to bounce back from failure and try something else," Reich said.

Following his address, Reich joined a conversation with Michal Lev-Ram, senior writer at Fortune, and answered live questions from BSR Conference participants and Twitter.
