BSR, with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, is organizing a workshop to explore how companies can achieve improved business performance through more gender-inclusive human resources policies and practices. This interactive event will:

• Offer information about tools to measure your gaps and strengths and ways to improve your gender equality performance.
• Explore which types of gender-inclusive human resources interventions are relevant to your business and what other companies are doing in your sector.
• Identify the initiatives and solutions that are available to companies to advance women in the workplace.
