Promoting Good Jobs in the United States

Please join us for a breakfast gathering, featuring Blue Bottle Coffee and BSR experts, to discuss good jobs in the United States amidst the host of technological, demographic, and economic disruptions that are changing the nature of work.

Brief presentations will cover recent BSR research on member company approaches to managing disruptions and their impacts on employment, including living wage adjustments. We will also explore Blue Bottle’s approach to prioritizing high-road employment practices within the coffee company’s growth model.   

Following presentations, we will hold an interactive discussion to give participants the opportunity to share their own approaches and glean insights from others’ best practices.
