Russia is acting in violation of international law, international humanitarian law, and a host of international agreements, and it is committing serious abuses of fundamental human rights. Russia’s invasion of Ukraine also raises significant questions for business and illuminates the impact that business actions can have during times of political and armed conflict.

During this webinar, we will present BSR’s perspective and recently launched rapid human rights due diligence tool to help with quick decision-making in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. We will then hear from industry experts and corporate representatives, who will share their perspectives on the subject and concrete examples of actions they are taking to respond to the invasion—as well as the repercussions of those actions.
