The Global Climate Action Summit, taking place September 12-14, 2018 in San Francisco will bring people together from around the world to showcase climate action and inspire deeper commitments from national governments—and each other—in support of the Paris Agreement. Our collective efforts must lead to a climate turning point by 2020 in order to prevent the worst effects of climate change.
The goal of the 2018 Summit is to begin that momentum by:
- Demonstrating how the tide has turned on the fight against climate change,
- Showcasing climate action taking place around the world, and
- Inspiring deeper commitments from everyone in support of the Paris Agreement.
BSR’s President and CEO Aron Cramer serves on the Summit Advisory Committee and is working closely with the We Mean Business coalition to galvanize new climate commitments from business. Join us to learn more about both the Summit and opportunities to engage.
