Giving Your Employees Time to Vote: A Webinar for Civic-Minded Businesses

No employee should have to choose between voting and earning a paycheck. The Time to Vote project is mobilizing businesses to help more Americans to vote in November 2020, while also contributing to the national culture shift needed to increase voter participation.

What Is Time to Vote?

Voter turnout in the U.S. is one of the lowest in the developed world. One of the most common reasons people give for not voting is that they’re too busy with the demands of work and life. In response, Time to Vote (TTV) is a national, nonpartisan initiative for companies who want to ensure their employees can vote. Led by Patagonia, Levi Strauss, and PayPal, TTV launched in 2018 with over 400 companies. TTV helped contribute to the highest turnout for a U.S. midterm in four decades.

Time to Vote is...

  • Business-led
  • Nonpartisan
  • Non-prescriptive. You choose your level of participation.
  • Free! There is no cost to join.

On February 6th, join us and hear from leading companies about why the business community cares about voter participation, how Time to Vote works, what different companies did in 2018, and how your company can join. Learn how your company’s participation will boost employee and community relations, generate earned media, enhance your reputation as a civic leader, and support our representative democracy.
