In Singapore and across other countries in the Asia Pacific region, boards of directors are facing increasing stakeholder expectations regarding board’s sustainability competency levels and subsequent integration of sustainability into corporate strategies and disclosure. There is a real need/gap to be filled, as recent studies have found that two-thirds of board directors and management in the region have yet to undergo any form of sustainability training.
BSR welcomes member companies and other interested parties to an interactive webinar to explore a regional view of emerging stakeholder expectations, including relevant regulatory insights and trends. We will also hear from Christine Diamente, BSR’s Managing Director for Transformation, who will share perspectives and insights from BSR’s engagement with boards and executive teams globally. The session will include open discussion and Q&A session with participants under Chatham House Rule.
