As part of the Global Communications team, Katie manages BSR’s digital media efforts.
She is the voice behind BSR’s Twitter and other social media platforms and leads digital marketing, production, and multimedia projects. She is responsible for elevating BSR’s brand and point of view and promoting the BSR Conference through email, digital advertising, and SEO. She also collaborates with BSR’s consulting, membership, and grants teams to engage key audiences and amplify visibility of BSR’s research, collaborations, and impact.
Prior to joining BSR, Katie worked for a boutique communications firm that helps San Francisco Bay Area government agencies, nonprofits, and companies connect and engage with their stakeholders. There, she implemented a range of communications, marketing, public outreach, and social media projects. Katie has also held several internship positions in the sustainable business and government sectors.
Katie holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from University of California, Davis.
