Analyst, Global Operations

at Good World Solutions

Job Description

Good World Solutions is an award-winning social enterprise recognized by the Tech Awards, Global Social Benefit Institute, the Gratitude Network, GSMA Global Mobile Awards and Ethical Corporation’s Responsible Business Awards. We build transparency across global supply chains by implementing affordable, scalable web and mobile technologies.

Labor Link, our flagship product, uses basic mobile phones to connect directly with factory and farm workers through interactive voice response (IVR) surveys and broadcasts. Surveys are designed to improve workers’ lives by giving workers an anonymous feedback channel on working conditions, job satisfaction and worker needs, and by tracking the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.

Amader Kotha, or “Our Voice” in Bangla, is a first-of-its-kind Worker Helpline developed by GWS in partnership with the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety. The tool is available to workers across 250+ factories in Bangladesh and counting. Between Labor Link and Amader Kotha, GWS has reached over 750,000 workers in 16 countries.

We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented Analyst to join our growing Global Operations team. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting implementation of GWS projects, particularly in Bangladesh. The Analyst is detailed-oriented, but can step-back and successfully use datasets to make strategic decisions. Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is a passion for creating positive change in our world. The Analyst can work in a challenging, complex, fast-paced environment, and add a bit of humor in the midst of it all.
