As part of BSR’s finance team, Sophie leads the core accounting operations. She oversees general ledger accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, the general ledger, project-based accounting, and grant/fund accounting.
Prior to joining BSR, Sophie led the accounting team at a technology startup in the food and beverage space. She has accounting experience across various organizations, often with a focus on optimizing processes through associated systems and software platforms.
Sophie has a Bachelor's in Accountancy and a B.B.A in Finance, both from the University of San Diego. Sophie is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
