Ashley is the Manager dedicated to supporting the Center for Business and Social Justice. Before joining the Center for Business and Social Justice, Ashley supported companies in equity, inclusion, and justice and advancing women’s empowerment through consulting, strategy design, research and analysis, and collaborative initiatives. Ashley also supported industry teams in sustainability management with a focus on food, beverage, and agriculture members.
Prior to joining BSR, Ashley worked primarily in agriculture and distribution, food service management, and hospitality. Here, she discovered her passion for social impact work as she developed programs to alleviate hunger for high-risk youth and increase access to basic needs.
Ashley holds a MPS and BS from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in association with Syracuse University, with her Master’s focus in Sustainable Development and her Bachelor’s in Environmental Law and Policy. Ashley also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies of Sustainable Enterprise from Syracuse University.
