Joyce leads BSR's digital strategy across all global regions. In this role, she oversees BSR's website, blog, and social media platforms, ensuring all digital communications are aligned with BSR's brand and overall communications goals. Prior to joining BSR, Joyce managed communications at the Glide Foundation, a nonprofit focused on breaking the cycles of poverty and marginalization, and led social media and editorial initiatives at Sun Microsystems. She has nearly a decade of experience as an advertising copywriter. Joyce holds an M.B.A. in marketing from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in journalism and advertising from Temple University.
