Women’s Empowerment | Supply Chain
Join BSR, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Swarovski, and Solidaridad for a half-day convening to explore where combined efforts on women’s empowerment are needed and will have the most impact on eliminating gender gaps and advancing women in the jewelry supply chain.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to learn from members of the jewelry value chain, from retailers and brands to mining companies and NGOs. Participants will leave the convening with concrete recommendations for enhancing women’s empowerment in their supply chains. This intimate convening will also offer a unique opportunity to network with your peers.
In advance of the convening, BSR will publish a white paper landscape review of the challenges facing women in the jewelry supply chain to jumpstart the discussion.
