The Business Coalition for Population Health, a cross-sector collaborative initiative convened by BSR, is launching a series of webinars on population health frontiers.
This series will feature leading voices from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors on the next sustainability frontier of health and wellness. We will explore how sustainability teams can overcome internal barriers and engage senior-level stakeholders, advocate for increased investment, link health megatrends in the U.S. to business impacts, and design and launch innovative programs that drive business and social value.
Our first webinar will discuss how to develop the case for population health programs. Due to rising healthcare costs, increased prevalence of specific disease burdens, and rising stakeholder expectations, there is a need for businesses to take action through population health interventions. We will hear from GE and Johnson & Johnson on their approaches and strategies to:
- Overcome internal barriers to securing investment in health and wellness
- Develop strategic interventions that drive business and social value
- Develop thoughtful communications that report outcomes and impact and enhance brand and reputational value
