The BSR Conference 2016 brought together our member network and community to discuss how we can demonstrate leadership on sustainability, which is needed now more than ever. The event reminded us that collaboration, boldness, and dedication will help us build the just and sustainable future we envision.

Here are a few ways that you can re-live the highlights of our event—or catch the things you missed. And don’t forget to mark your calendars for October 24-26, 2017, when we move the BSR Conference to a special beach-front location in Huntington Beach, California.

  1. Watch plenary session videos: Almost every plenary session is now live on our YouTube channel, from Mark Mykleby’s straight talk on sustainability, to an insect-eating challenge and live cooking demonstration from Chef Pierre Thiam and Red Cross/Red Crescent Climate Centre’s Pablo Suarez, to Women Deliver President and CEO Katja Iversen’s passionate call for women’s equality, among many other inspiring speakers.
  2. See the social media highlights: Follow @BSRnews, @BSRherproject, and BSR staff on Twitter, and see what you missed on the #BSR16 hashtag. You will also find photo highlights on our Instagram accounts, @BSRorg and @herprojectbsr.
  3. Find yourself in photos: We’ve uploaded photo highlights onto our Flickr account—head on over to see whether we captured you, or your favorite moment, in our BSR Conference album.
  4. Share your thoughts: If you were with us in New York, please take a moment to complete the Conference survey (available in the mobile app under “Surveys”). If you weren’t there, you can always tweet at us or email us.

Thank you for participating in our 24th annual event, whether you were stage-side in the Empire Ballroom with us or tuning in via Twitter and the livestream. You are what makes our community strong. We hope to see you next year at #BSR17.

Let’s talk about how BSR can help you to transform your business and achieve your sustainability goals.
