Jessica brings expertise in ethical supply chains and community-driven development to BSR’s inclusive economy practice. She manages the Global Impact Sourcing Coalition, promoting inclusive employment practices in global supply chains.
Previously, Jessica worked at Fair Trade USA, where she designed, implemented, and managed certification programs in agricultural supply chains and also helped consumer packaged goods companies execute their responsible sourcing strategies. She has also researched and advised on social enterprise development, first as a Fulbright Scholar exploring improved access to sanitation in Peru and subsequently as an MBA Without Borders Advisor to social entrepreneurs working towards sustainable livelihoods for hand weavers in South India. She is fluent in Spanish.
Jessica holds a Certificate in Social Enterprise and Poverty from HEC Paris. She holds a B.B.A. in International Business, a B.S. in Accounting, and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Akron.
