Tiffany Finley

With a strong background in environmental science, sustainability strategies, climate adaptation, and the supplier perspective on supply chain management, Tiffany works primarily with consumer products companies and on climate adaptation collaborative initiatives.

Tiffany manages the Mills and Sundries Working Group—focused on empowering tier 2 suppliers and beyond to lead sustainability advances in the apparel supply chain, influencing global buying practices. She works hands-on with companies in the development of sustainability strategies, identifying the company's most material issues that may influence their strategic work from boardroom to factory floor.

Tiffany co-authored BSR's series on climate adaptation for industries, which summarized current investments and opportunities being recognized by large companies.

She continues to collaborate with BSR's Sustainable Water Group and other collaborative initiatives to help drive impact-oriented conversations and work, and works individually with companies in building out sustainability strategies.

Prior to joining BSR, Tiffany worked with small- to medium-sized businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits internationally to develop and implement strategic sustainability plans. This work has influenced government policy and directives in the U.K., created local, resilient sustainability retail markets in U.S. communities, and spurred increased innovation based on ecological principles of development.

Tiffany holds a B.A. in Environmental Management, with a minor in Biology, from Denison University and an M.S. in Strategic Leadership toward Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden, founded by Karl-Henrik Róbert.
