With strong knowledge of sustainability issues and rich experience in cross-sector collaboration, Jessica works with companies and BSR partners to explore meta-trends and key issues shaping sustainable development in the coming decades. Jessica brings three years of experience in BSR Advisory Services working with a variety of industries to integrate sustainable practices into core business models. As a member of the Research team, Jessica plays a key role in drawing lessons from leading business practices and providing insights on how business can contribute to advancing sustainable development.

Prior to joining BSR, Jessica worked at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development in Geneva, Switzerland, where she managed working groups on measuring business impact on socioeconomic development as well as local content in the energy, engineering, and extractives sectors. Jessica also spent several years in China as a teacher, public relations intern, and sports researcher during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

Jessica holds an M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University with a concentration in development economics and the Asia-Pacific region and a B.A. from the University of Southern California. Jessica speaks French and conversational Mandarin.
