Andy brings more than 7 years of working experience in CSR and extensive audit experience including with over 1,000 factories. He is familiar with different COC requirements, CSR standards and initiatives such as ICTI, BSCI, GSCP and ETI. With Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety (EHS) issues, and extensive experience in managing projects on suppliers EHS improvement and low-carbon and energy-saving scheme, Andy works in BSR Guangzhou office, to provide consulting services to BSR members on issues of responsible supply chain, such as labor standards, EHS policies and energy efficiency and spend most of his time focusing on Supply Chain Sustainability projects. Specifically, Andy works on the Low Carbon project funded by British Consulate General.

Prior to BSR, Andy worked as a CSR auditor for H&M and Walmart. In this capacity, he visited hundreds of factories across all sectors, but particularly in the apparel industry, to perform field audits and supplier trainings on various issues.

Andy holds a B.A in Environmental Engineering from the South China University of Technology. He also holds certification of Energy Manager (CEM) issued by AEE (Association of Energy Engineers, United States), National Certifcation of Safety Engineer as well as National Certification of Clean Production Auditor.
