Andrea is responsible for managing BSR’s day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including policies and procedures, reporting, audit, tax, and banking. Her primary goal is to ensure that BSR’s internal stakeholders have access to appropriate, accurate, and timely financial information.

Andrea brings more than 15 years of corporate, nonprofit, and philanthropic sector experience in financial analysis, project and event management, grantmaking, and nonprofit management.

Prior to joining BSR, Andrea was the director of finance and administration for Women’s Funding Network, a global member network of foundations that invest in initiatives supporting women and girls. Her cross-sector and network-based experience has provided her with a collaborative framework for her approach to all aspects of financial management, from accounting processes to financial reporting.

Andrea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Sociology from Tufts University and a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco.  Andrea currently serves as the co-chair of the Northern California Grantmakers’ Emergency Loan Fund.
