Tochi leads the Operations team and streamlines systems infrastructure, reporting, processes, and other operational functions to optimize BSR’s internal collaboration and overall performance.
Tochi previously worked in program management, business development, and change management roles at the U.S. government’s Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), at several nonprofits—including the United Nations Foundation and Africare—and as a management consultant. She has issue area knowledge in economic development, education, and global health and speaks fluent French, has a working knowledge of Spanish, and has basic proficiency in several languages, including Mandarin Chinese and Serbian.
Tochi holds a World Executive M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from George Washington University and a B.S. in Political Science and Chinese Studies from George Mason University. She began her undergraduate studies at the Université Catholique de Lille in France after obtaining a bilingual French international baccalaureate.
