Jorgette oversees the newly-created Advisory Services business development function, leveraging her expertise to facilitate sustainability impacts with BSR members and potential members.
She ensures BSR leaders engage effectively with companies across industries to scope and execute projects that drive measurable sustainability outcomes in climate; human rights; equity, inclusion, and justice; and nature. Previously leading consumer sectors for North America with BSR, Jorgette continues to support BSR member relationships and sustainability strategy and implementation, engaging executive teams and practitioners on overall corporate transformation and supply chain strategy. She leverages more than 20 years in management consulting and in-house sustainability.
Prior to joining BSR in 2014, Jorgette started and ran global responsible sourcing for PepsiCo, and also held consulting positions with Great Place to Work, Unisys and Arthur Andersen. Her experience includes living or working in several major global markets, appreciating the subtle and complex differences that impact our ability to drive change.
Jorgette earned a B.A. in Economics and Policy Studies (dual major), with a Marketing minor from Syracuse University. Jorgette speaks English and Spanish.
