BSR, with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, is organizing a workshop to explore how companies can achieve improved business performance through more gender-inclusive human resources policies and practices. This interactive event will:
- Make the business case for gender-inclusive human resources policies and practices and why investing in women employees is essential for companies’ business performance.
- Offer information about tools to measure your gaps and strengths and ways to improve your gender equality performance.
- Explore which types of gender-inclusive human resources interventions are relevant to your business and what other companies are doing in your sector.
- Identify the initiatives and solutions that are available to companies to advance women in the workplace.
Hear from leading companies about the value of investing in women and the concrete actions they have taken on the subject and be inspired by the testimonies from women that made it to the top about the challenges they have faced. This event will also be a good opportunity to learn about existing tools and frameworks, including the insightful work that business and multistakeholder initiatives are taking to tackle gender equality in the workplace and beyond.
