#Womens Empowerment

In the last year and a half since its launch, the Women in Factories program has reached tens of thousands of workers.

BSR and Walmart will organize a full-day conference for the second consecutive year to bring together stakeholders.

Last year, we focused on sharing best practices and solutions for implementation of the program and similar women's-empowerment programs. This year, we will focus on the sustainability of the program and how such collaborative initiatives can improve the competitiveness of the entire manufacturing sector.

This event will be in both Mandarin and English, with simultaneous translation available. For questions, please contact Shine He at she@bsr.org.
