Join BSR for an intensive training workshop on strategy, materiality, and integration. This training will introduce participants to BSR methodologies for creating high-impact strategies that drive leadership, propel business success, and generate results through integration.

In group discussions and exercises, the presenters will walk participants through the development of business-aligned sustainability strategies using BSR’s approach and insights. Along the way, we will look at best-practice case studies from leading companies, introduce the frameworks behind some of BSR’s strategy tools, and discuss how companies can address the challenge of measuring impact strategies.

Participants will leave the training with a stronger understanding of how to develop powerful, integrated sustainability strategies that mitigate potential risks and produce value through new opportunities.

The training will take place from 1-4 p.m., with lunch for participants from 12:30-1 p.m.
