BSR’s Clean Cargo Working Group will host its fall members meeting to review progress on efforts to cut emissions in the shipping industry and outline strategies to accelerate that progress. 

The focus of the annual fall members meeting is to:

  • Make collective decisions and outline a plan for the next year.
  • Review progress made in 2016, such as increased container sustainability data-sharing, analysis, and benchmarking from 85 percent of the industry.
  • Hear from partners and industry experts on climate, regulatory, and freight sustainability trends.
  • Present the latest regulatory updates and stakeholder expectations.
  • Enable peer-to-peer best practice sharing.
