CVS Health is growing and is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join the CVS Pharmacy Quality Assurance Team as the Manager, Ethical Sourcing/Social Compliance Manager. The candidate selected for this position will work under the direction of Sr. Director of Quality Assurance in a team-oriented, dynamic, and visionary environment. You will be responsible for partnering with the Senior Director on strategy development for the program and has daily responsibilities for management and compliance oversight of CVS Pharmacy Global Ethical Sourcing and Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) Security Audit Programs. The program includes responsibility for ensuring approximately 800 factories operating in 40 countries are complaint with regulations, industry standards and CVS requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in a corporate social compliance audit program or with a third party provider of Ethical Sourcing auditing services
  • 5 years of Ethical Sourcing auditing experience – certified auditor
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with CT-PAT auditing requirements in either a corporate or auditing role
  • Project management experience
