Position Overview

This position will support the Global Citizenship and Global People Practices departments within the Company’s P&D Division. NY or Eastern Time Zone preferred with potential for remote location.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide PowerPoint design support for all GPP and Global Citizenship initiatives by owning the design, leveraging consistencies and elevating the overall team brand
  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
  • Researches and benchmarks with other organizations and centers of excellence for best practices globally to leverage in GPP and Global Citizenship
  • Read published research papers on human rights and human resources specific topics to summarize pertinent information and identify key takeaways
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with a view to highlight attention to GPP and Global Citizenship areas of focus
  • Extract raw data for suppliers (i.e., wages, compliance issues, profiles) to be analyzed and referenced against human rights industry trends and benchmarks
  • Prepares PowerPoint sophisticated presentations to explain research findings, data analytics, and/or strategic initiatives that is creative and image-driven
  • Maintain internal resource library of external benchmarks and internal records for industry surveys and inquiries regarding Global Citizenship program and best practices
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance of internal databases and documentation
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in GPP and Global Citizenship
  • Identifies common areas of focus between Global Citizenship and GPP and acts as a conduit between teams
  • Performs other duties as required, such as reviewing social audits for Global Citizenship

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and similar employee management software
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Desire and competency to summarize large amounts of information and data to deliver clear messages and insights
  • Strategic mindset and the ability to think holistically with action plans
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn new topics
  • Must be able to manage confidential information with integrity
