Exclusive Networks has recently designed its ESG policy and is creating the position of Global ESG Coordinator.

Your main responsibilities

The Global ESG Coordinator/Manager main responsibilities will include:

ESG awareness

Help build Exclusive Networks internal ESG awareness program:

  • Trainings
  • Business Teams support
  • Internal Communication

ESG Reporting

  • Ensuring that an action plan is defined for the 6 Group priorities
  • Working with the different stakeholders in the deployment of their strategy
  • Ensuring correct reporting of KPIs in the Group’s DPEF (déclaration de performance extra financière).
  • More generally contributing to the Group’s DPEF first time issuance.

Carbon Footprint

  • Coordinate with the subsidiaries and stakeholders the data collection in order to evaluate our Carbon Footprint
  • Follow-up the action plan for Carbon neutrality

ESG Scoring

  • Review EcoVadis scoring and define a plan to improve the Group’s rating
  • More generally, answer to Partners (suppliers, customers, end users) ESG questionnaires and ad hoc requests

Profile

  • 5-6 years experience in ESG coordination or project management

Skills

  • Strong energy level, capacity to mobilize the organization, drive change and have impact,
  • Outstanding communication skills: clarity, emotional intelligence
  • Natural authority and assertiveness, capacity to convince and enforce group positions,
  • Appetite to work in very international environments (40 countries),
  • The highest level of integrity,
  • Both strategic and hands-on,
  • Capacity to work in challenging and fast-growing environments
  • Open mind-set and passion for the function
  • Autonomy
