ESG Program Manager—Strategy and Engagement

The ESG Program Manager—Strategy and Engagement will serve as the company’s leader on ESG strategy including implementation of the company’s materiality assessment, benchmarking best-in-class methods and monitoring future trends. 

What you will be doing:

In coordination with the VP, ESG and Social Innovation, and other stakeholders, your goal in this position is to drive the ever-evolving ESG strategy, ensuring relevance and best practices through insights gleaned through stakeholder engagement. You will drive periodic ESG materiality assessments and ESG maturity analysis as determined appropriate, working closely with external ESG consultants when warranted.

You have deep knowledge of ESG and are a thought leader and partner in this space. You are passionate about promoting an ESG mindset throughout the organization through the democratization of ESG principles and strategy. You are eager to represent the company’s ESG strategy with customers, investors and other stakeholders as well as at conferences and events.

Qualifications:

• Experience with the corporate strategy framework and Design Thinking
• Familiar with the strategic foresight practice 
• Experience crafting an ever-evolving ESG strategy and socializing it throughout an organization
• Strong ability to lead through influence and collaboration, bringing people along on the journey
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication experience in connection with the democratization of our ESG strategy
