• Monitoring factories in China/East South East Asia countries and ensure factories comply with the CR requirements
  • Develop remediation with factory and perform training & Capacity Building to factories in China/East South East Asia countries
  • Perform social compliance/ environmental assessment to factories in China/ East south East Asia when necessary


  • Review IEM (Independent External Monitor) / 3rd party audit firm, Better Work (BW), Higg index report and other brands’ reports
  • Evaluate IEM performance and update the IEM performance tracking spreadsheet
  • Develop realistic and sustainable CAP with vendors/factories
  • Support factories in identifying root causes of non-compliance and drive for sustainable improvement through extended engagement
  • Develop the material of Training & Capacity Building
  • Perform Training & Capacity Building to target supplier/factory
  • Perform quality Social Compliance, and Environmental assessments whenever necessary
  • Any other tasks as assigned by manager
  • Travel is required
  • Overtime working is possible


  • At least 5 years of CR experience (with at least 2 year Capacity Building/training experience)
  • College degree is a must
  • Mature, able to handle conflicts and work independently in a teamwork environment
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and facilitating skill
  • Good written and verbal English, able to hold effective and respectful high level conversations with senior factory management and sourcing managers
  • Good knowledge of factory production processes and sourcing pressure points
  • Good knowledge of management systems with expertise in at least one of the following areas: social compliance auditing, environmental auditing, labor relations, health and safety, wages and benefits, lean manufacturing or other relevant subject area
  • Experience in training and capacity building
  • Familiar with computer use and office software
