Even though it’s officially summer for many of us, BSR staff are hosting and attending various sustainability events around the world this month.

We’re also gearing up registration for the BSR Conference 2016: Be Bold. This November 1-3, a global audience of close to 1,000 senior business executives and entrepreneurs from the public sector and civil society will gather in New York to explore emerging trends and innovative solutions to crucial sustainability questions. We’ll hear compelling stories from companies, foundations, big thinkers, and creative doers who are making big bets in building a better world.

And the best part is, we’ve decided to extend the early registration deadline to July 15. That means you have two extra weeks to save money and register for BSR16 at the best rates. We look forward to seeing you there.

What We’re Hosting

  • July 8: Human Rights Managing Director Margaret Jungk will host a session for BSR members on human rights and the current challenges and future demands for companies at our Paris office.
  • July 14-15: Hunan Rights Managing Director Margaret Jungk, Associate Director Peter Nestor, and Associate Michaela Lee will attend the Human Rights Working Group meeting hosted by Gap, Inc. in San Francisco.
  • July 20: BSR will host the first HERproject China Working Group, discussing the past, present, and future of the project in the country. The event will be held in Shenzhen, China, and all participating companies are welcome to attend. Please email Cherry Lin for more information.
