Prior to joining BSR, Victoria worked at the World Cocoa Foundation, a nonprofit organization that works with the industry supply chain to collaborate and promote a sustainable cocoa sector. While there, she managed industry sustainability strategies that focused on engaging companies and stakeholders around shared targets for small-holder cocoa farmers in West Africa and Brazil to improve farmer livelihoods, empower communities, and protect the environment.
During her undergraduate studies, Victoria participated in a sustainable development direct research program in Costa Rica with the School for Field Studies. She holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Saint Michael’s College, with minors in Sociology and History.
