Serena Miller

As the key contact for human resources, finance, and IT, Serena keeps the bustling and fast-paced New York office up and running.

She coordinates daily office operations such as tracking internal administrative processes, managing the team's financials, monitoring and reporting on the budgets for ongoing projects, and coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings and conference calls. Serena also supports the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative.

Prior to joining BSR, Serena worked as an office manager and a marketing assistant in the apparel/textile industry. In this capacity, she managed the daily operations of a fashion conglomerate while providing executive administrative support.
