Sarah is responsible for managing benefits, global employee data, HR systems, and connecting with payroll to ensure streamlined processes between HR and Finance. Her primary focus will be in the U.S., where she will help with updating BSR policies while ensuring compliance with local laws and acting as liaison with the U.S. benefit broker.
Prior to joining BSR, Sarah provided HR and administrative support to a variety of organizations, including non-profits and start-ups.
Sarah holds a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
