Sandy Eapen

With more than 12 years of sustainable business, consulting, and project management experience across sectors, Sandy works with financial services companies on sustainability strategy issues.

Before BSR, Sandy led customer business development, strategy, and business planning initiatives for five years at American Express and helped launch an employee-led sustainable business committee. She also helped build and evaluate business models for renewable energy in India and Africa with the United Nations Development Programme and Millennium Villages Project and served as a management consultant for BearingPoint. Sandy started her career at Dow Chemical, working in a variety of roles, including leading manufacturing energy efficiency projects as a Six Sigma Black Belt. 

Sandy holds an M.B.A. and Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. She is also a member of the Professional Advisory Council for a New York nonprofit organization, Literacy, Inc.
